A pharmacy has filed a lawsuit against Michael Jackson alleging that the singer owes more than $100,000 for prescription drugs over the last two years.
Mickey Fine Pharmacy filed the lawsuit this week in Los Angeles County Superior Court. The Beverly Hills pharmacy alleges it had an oral agreement with Jackson to pay for all his prescription medications and sent monthly bills to the singer.
As of Dec. 25, Jackson owed $101,926 and had last made a payment in 2005, the suit alleges.
Late Friday, Jackson spokeswoman Raymone K. Bain said in a statement that the singer had "amicably resolved" the suit and that the pharmacy had been paid.
