Shuffling by the restroom area during a break, ‘Glee’s’ Matthew Morrison gushed about costar Chris Colfer’s win: ‘I was crying. Really. He’s just such a brilliant young man who’s accomplished so much. His growth on the show just continues to be phenomenal.’

Heather Morris, who plays Brittany on the show, was fascinated by the setup in the women’s restroom (baskets of mascara, hairspray and lip gloss to take). She was also slightly more direct. ‘I literally died when they read his name. I don’t know how I’m alive to even say this. It’s insane. I was like ‘AAAAAAAHHHH! I don’t know if I should text him. I know he’s gonna have like a thousand texts, right? Do you think he’ll read mine?’

Meanwhile, a chivalrous Eric Stonestreet of ‘Modern Family’ stopped to ask his dazed-and-confused date if she needed to use the ladies room as he escorted her around the room. And Ryan Gosling posed for pictures with a pair of young (and giddy) fans, waiting for the break so he could return to his seat shortly after Steve Buscemi accepted his award. Gosling smirked as he watched the girls’ fingers race over their phone keypads to send friends a text blast about their big triumph.
