Guy Pearce, who’s currently onscreen in ‘The King’s Speech,’ starred in Christopher Nolan’s mind-bending breakthrough film ‘Memento’ in 2000 and sees some similarities with the director’s latest work, ‘Inception.’ Watching Nolan’s star rise in Hollywood -- through ‘Batman Begins,’ ‘The Dark Knight’ and now ‘Inception,’ has also been intriguing for the actor.

‘I’ve just finally seen ‘Inception’ a few weeks, maybe three weeks ago, so I’m still in it in mind, you know?’ Pearce said at the Golden Globes. ‘It’s an amazing film just like ‘Memento.’ They have so much in common. It’s basically an expensive ‘Memento,’ isn’t it?’
