Last year Summit Entertainment had an awards front-runner (and eventual top picture Oscar-winner) in ‘The Hurt Locker.’ This year it’s not competing as heavily -- it’s garnered a nom for ‘Red’ but that’s about it -- but company chief Rob Friedman still has an important reason to be at the Golden Globes: The star of the studio’s ‘Twilight’ saga Robert Pattinson will present an award.

It won’t all be vampires and werewolves, however -- Pattinson is also touting his upcoming circus drama ‘Water for Elephants.’ ‘Let’s hope he doesn’t forget us,’ Friedman noted wryly.
