Oscar ballots are being mailed Wednesday to the 5,755 voting members of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. That’s 22 fewer than were sent last year. Ballots must be returned by 5 p.m. PST, Feb. 22 to PricewaterhouseCoopers, which tallies results.

Only 19 categories are listed on the general ballot. Members must attend screenings and use separate ballots to vote for best foreign language film, documentary feature, documentary short, animated short and live-action short. Winners are to be revealed on Feb. 27.
