Lions Gate records $163 million loss for the year

Lions Gate lost $28.6 million on $463.2 million in the fourth quarter, capping off a tough year for the independent studio. For the year, Lions Gate had record revenues of $1.47 billion, but losses of $163 million, more than double last year’s loss of $74 million.
