Nom Nom Vietnamese taco truck coming to a street corner near you

It officially stepped into the Twitterverse on June 2, and now the upcoming Nom Nom Vietnamese taco truck has the Twitterati in a tizzy, with its twitter handle being Tweeted and Retweeted in an endless cycle among L.A. foodies and bloggers.

Over at the L.A. Weekly’s food blog, Squid Ink, Amy Scattergood has a nice post about the truck, which is owned and operated by three UCLA grads. The menu is apparently still being worked out but will likely include grilled pork banh mi, lemongrass chicken tacos and spring rolls. Expect the Nom Nom to begin making its rounds in August.
