What’s wrong with these guys? Why would any self-respecting professional put himself in a position to be humiliated on national television? Well, a chef’s gotta do what a chef’s gotta do, says Rene Lynch in a story kicking off this season’s version ‘The Next Iron Chef,’ which will see such luminaries as Michael Chiarello, Marcus Samuelson and Alex Guarnaschelli going head to head in a series of culinary battles.
