Theodora Richard
, daughter of Rolling Stones bad boy Keith Richards and model Patti Hansen, was arraigned Tuesday after being arrested on suspicion of drug possession and allegedly using a graffiti marker to paint on the side of a New York City building.

The 25-year-old, who has modeled for Burberry, Tommy Hilfiger and French Connection, was spotted by police around 10:45 p.m. while allegedly writing ‘T [heart] A’ on a building that houses a convent in an upscale part of SoHo, where she lives.

‘I hope I don’t get in trouble for this,’ she said to an officer, according to the Associated Press.

In addition to the paint marker and a small amount of marijuana, police said Richards was carrying narcotic pain relief pills that she did not have a prescription for.

She did not enter a plea at the arraignment and was released without bail. She is set to appear in court again April 21.

Her attorney Stacey Richman described Richards as ‘a polite, lovely woman.’

Does this sound like a bad episode of ‘Gossip Girl’ to anyone else?
