Just in from the Department of It Doesn’t Get Sweeter Than This: In honor of the royal wedding, Prince William and Kate Middleton have been immortalized in one-of-a-kind Pez dispensers, which are currently being auctioned off for charity.

ROYAL PEZ DISPENSERS!!!! Commemorative William and Kate Pez dispensers are a thing that EXISTS IN THE UNIVERSE!!!! Kate and William’s heads are on a stick!!

Well, not on a stick, exactly, but rather on stick-like dispensers of sugary goodness. Pardon the excitement, but this Ministry minion has been out sick for a while, and hopes it is within the mystical power of the Pez dispensers to ward off a relapse. Plus they’re Pez dispensers, which by definition makes them newsworthy.

Though the bases are machine-made, the tops were sculpted by hand so they’d be difficult to reproduce, the Pez people told ABC News. (See the video below.)

The auction on EBay’s UK site started Thursday evening, British Standard Time, and ends April 17. Proceeds will benefit the Starlight Children’s Foundation.

Bids for the dispensers, created in March, are being accepted from pre-approved buyers only, so those who Must Have Royal Pez Dispensers should get that paperwork done promptly and then prepare to dig deep in that wallet: A mere four hours into the auction, the bid topped 2,000 pounds sterling (more than $3,300).

In other ‘sort of news,’ sort of related to the royal wedding, the Ministry got its hands on a release Wednesday revealing Kate’s mother Carole Middleton‘s choice of -- wait for it -- riding boots. Not for the wedding, mind you, just for walking around shopping with daughter Pippa, Kate’s maid of honor. Um, stop the presses?

Also, ‘Your Highness,’ which stars James Franco, Natalie Portman and Danny McBride and has about as much to do with the royal wedding as riding boots do, premiered in Santa Barbara on Friday, with Franco and McBride among those making the April Fools’ Day trip for the screening.

All things considered, we vote Pez dispensers for the win. And if we were the bride, you know for darn sure we’d be urging the groom to snap them up for us as the ultimate wedding present.
