Get a crash cart for Jada Pinkett Smith and Marc Anthony: Their TNT series ‘HawthoRNe’ has flat-lined.

The network on Friday confirmed cancellation of the hospital-based drama, which in the most recent season added Anthony’s detective character as a love interest to Pinkett Smith’s Christina Hawthorne, R.N. The series also featured ‘Monster In Law’ actor Michael Vartan, as well as Suleka Mathew and Hannah Hodson.

‘TNT has decided not to order a fourth season of ‘HawthoRNe,’ ‘ the network said in a statement.

‘HawthoRNe’ was one of several series, including Kyra Sedgwick’s ‘The Closer,’ that established the network’s reputation for featuring strong female characters.

Since Jada Pinkett Smith’s marriage is fine and dandy, according to her and husband Will Smith, she’ll have some extra time on her hands to bask in wedded bliss. Not so much for Anthony, who recently ended his marriage to Jennifer Lopez.
