We told you Friday about the sections of LA County where the default/foreclosure crisis is most acute (six of the ten zip codes with the highest numbers of default notices are in Palmdale or Lancaster). Now a second look at the same numbers: this time, those areas where the default/foreclosure numbers are growing the fastest. If you care about the methodology, it’s below the rankings.

Comparing Notices of Default issued in 1Q 07 to 1Q 06, I took the highest percentage increases, provided there were at least 20 notices of default in 1Q 07.
