No trophy houses to speak of in this week’s ‘Hot Property’ column in the LA Times, but you have to respect the flipping abilities of Matt Battaglia, who plays Agent Jennings on ’24.’

Ruth Ryon reports he bought in Studio City for ‘slightly more than $700,000’ in 2004, and just sold same for $1.6 million. Nice. Other bold-faced mentions: Boxer Oscar De La Hoya did not get his $2.5 million asking price for his Bear Lake compound. He got $2.1 million. And you could have had Kate Jackson’s Sherman Oaks place for $800,000.
