Celebrity stuff, some of it funny:

The always entertaining RealEstalker reports that Sharon Stone has chopped $1 million off the asking price of her ‘Beverly Hills flipper’ (at right) and is now asking just $11.5 million. RealEstalker always hands us a laugh, and this item doesn’t disappoint. At RealEstalker, Ms. Stone is ‘our favorite old school wing nut actress,’ and, on second reference, ‘the famously capricious minx.’

Also stalked: Rob Morrow buys an architectural modern in Rustic Canyon for $4.3 million, and RealEstalker is worried that the three-story house has no elevator: ‘Imagine all the huffing and puffing the cleaning lady is going to be doing dragging mops, vacuums, and other cleaning supplies all up and down those stairs.... And let’s not even discuss the extra money the nanny is going to insist on being paid for having to chase a child around in that house.’

Also: It appears Hilary Swank drove a hard bagain when she bought in Pacific Palisades for $5.8 million.

And: Tobey Maguire becomes a big-league flipper: Ruth Ryon reports he just sold his Hollywood Hills home for $11.5 million. He bought it in 2002 for just $3.7 million.
