Westside sales, er, not so strong

Thanks to those who questioned our earlier post on Westside sales, we can now fill in the context, and your suspicions were correct: sales on the Westside, taken in the context of previous springs, were on the soft side. Prices, however, are rising. Some numbers, from Santa Monica realtor Chris Gordon Clark:

2Q 06 604 $1.494 million
