Confession: Sunday morning, when we were flipping through the L.A. Times Real Estate section, and saw ‘Home of the Week’ pictured at right, and saw the asking price of $2.195 million, our very first thought was:
Wow, that’s a bargain. Only $2 million and change for glass walls, Indonesian wood, and radiant floor heating in Malibu.

What’s our point? We’re not certain -- maybe we’ve been doing this too long, and we’ve become immune to $1,000 per SF pricing, which is what this works out to. Or, maybe it’s actually a decent price. It sure is a good-looking home.

This is where you come in: Tell us if we’ve lost our mind, or if you agree it sounds like a decent price.
