Came across this scene on a Palos Verdes Estates street on Saturday and it got me wondering what people were so angry about in that neck of the woods. Slipping housing prices sprung to mind, but the September median sales prices for 90274 from DMA DataQuick belie that -- at least on the surface.
Here’s how some of L.A. County’s pricier ZIP Codes with 10 or more existing single-family home sales last month fared compared with September 2007.
