L.A. listing prices dip $5K to $390K

Median listing prices in Los Angeles County slipped $5,000 over the past week, to $390,000, according to Housing Tracker’s weekly analysis of MLS listings. Over the past year, median listing prices have fallen $120,000, or roughly $2,400 per week.

Inventory of homes and condos for sale was essentially flat, and continues to run behind year-ago levels.
