Some of these recent sales of 2007 purchases sure sound like they started out as flips.

Sitcom writer David Litt (‘The King of Queens’) has sold his Hollywood Hills house for $1.95 million after less than two months on the market. He had listed it at $2,025,000.

The Multiple Listing Service says he took the 1963 home down to the studs, having bought in 2007 for $1.1 million. The resulting wood, stone and glass home has three bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms in 2,440 square feet.
