The Encino home of the late construction giant Naseeb M. Saliba has come on the market at $3.2 million. That’s Saliba as in Tutor-Saliba. The contractor partnered with Albert G. Tutor in the early ‘70s.

Among the major infrastructure projects of the Sylmar-based corporation were Los Angeles’ Metro Rail system, the San Diego Convention Center and the International Terminal at San Francisco International Airport.

The three-bedroom, three-bathroom mid-century modern home has about 4,040 square feet of living space. This is the first time it has been listed since it was built for the Saliba family in 1963. The Multiple Listing Service description stresses the craftsmanship found in the cabinetry, fireplace and built-ins. Check out the home’s website.

This is not the most expensive home on the market in Encino, but it could be one of the best-built ones.
