Olympic backstroker Lenny Krayzelburg has relisted his 3,750-square-foot residence in the Sunset Strip area for $3,995,000 -- a nearly 30% price reduction from the last time he tried to market it.

The 2000 and 2004 Olympic gold medalist had listed the three-bedroom contemporary in September for $5,675,000. Even at the new price, that still leaves some profit margin for the swimmer on the Doheny Estates home, which he bought in March 2007 for 2.61 million, according to public records.
