Singer-songwriter, voice-over artist and actress E.G. Daily has listed a Hollywood Hills house for sale at $2,499,999 or for lease at $9,700 a month.

The six-bedroom, 41/2-bathroom contemporary has 4,342 square feet of living space and was built in 1977.

I’m starting to think every other home in this part of town has a celebrity owner. The 90046 ZIP Code saw 31 single-family home sales in the first quarter, according to MDA DataQuick, at a median price of $942,000. That was down 8.1% for the first quarter of 2008.
