Hot Property: Natasha Henstridge sells for asking price in Sherman Oaks

Model-turned-actress Natasha Henstridge (‘Eli Stone,’ ‘Impact’) has sold her Sherman Oaks home for $1.75 million.
The traditional-style house, which was built in 1935 and sits on about half an acre, has five bedrooms and six bathrooms in 3,825 square feet. There are five fireplaces, vaulted wood-beam ceilings, skylights and an expansive wooden deck.
The house, previously listed in 2005 and 2007 at $2,595,000, sold for the price at which it came on the market in late February. The actress purchased the property for $1.36 million in 2003, public records show.
During the first half of the year, Sherman Oaks’ 91403 Zip Code had 91 existing single-family home sales at a median price of $767,000, according to MDA DataQuick, a price drop of 9.8% from the first half of 2008. Meanwhile, in the 91423 ZIP Code there were 95 single-family home sales in the same period at a median price of $760,000, down 15.7% from the first half of 2008.
