The former West Hollywood home of Oscar-winning actress Bette Davis is for sale at $2.45 million.
The 2,242-square-foot condominium is on the fourth floor of the 1930 Colonial House, which was designed by architect Leland A. Bryant and is on the National Register of Historic Places. The building features a library, a swimming pool, gardens, wood-paneled elevators, security and gated parking.
The renovated and updated three-bedroom, 2 1/2-bathroom unit has city, mountain and treetop views, many original built-ins, hardwood floors and a terrace.
