If you are a woman, consider that ‘playing fair’ might sabotage your career in finance.
That, at least, is the message of a card on the desk of human resources employees at Citibank -- a card that was picked up by a job candidate at the bank and then broadcast by his friend, a New York blogger. The points were taken from the bestseller ‘Nice Girls Don’t Get the Corner Office.’

A Citi spokesperson said, ‘The material in question is not part of Citi’s formal leadership training or human resources communications. It appears to have been taken from a published book by a noted author in the field of executive coaching.’
