Police in Colorado Springs, Colo., warn that the Dougherty Gang may be in town.

A customer at an REI store called authorities after seeing three people who resembled Ryan, Dylan and Lee Dougherty in the parking lot, the Colorado Springs Gazette reported. FBI agents interviewed store employees and think the Doughertys bought a tent and left, the paper reported.

Police Sgt. Steven Noblitt told the Associated Press that the three were driving a small white car with a stolen Texas plate, LCS 909.

‘We don’t have 100% identification, but it sure appears they were here with the information we have at this time,’ Noblitt said.

The Dougherty siblings, who are from Florida, have been on the lam since Aug. 2, after they allegedly shot out the tires on a police car that tried to stop them for speeding. They are also suspected of robbing a Georgia bank.
