BEIJING -- Thirty-seven minutes after her second-place finish in the 50-meter freestyle, Dara Torres, at 41 the oldest member of the U.S. swim team, was back in the water -- for another silver medal. This one came in the 400 medley relay.

Also swimming for the United States were Natalie Coughlin, Rebecca Soni and Christine Magnuson.
Coming up in five minutes: Michael Phelps goes for his eighth gold -- in the men’s 400 medley relay.
