‘Where Chicago’s 2016 Olympic hopes are concerned, there could not be a worse time for the USOC to lose the man who has been its primary face since 2003. ... Now Chicago must waste time and energy before the Oct. 2 vote for the 2016 host in trying to explain why the USOC once again has an new CEO. Stephanie Streeter was given the job on an interim basis ... and [is] a complete unknown to nearly all the IOC members who will choose the 2016 host.’
