New poll shows wide support for Arizona immigration law

A new survey shows wide national support for a controversial new immigration law passed in Arizona.
The poll, conducted by the Pew Research Center for the People & the Press, found that 59% said they approved of Arizona’s new illegal immigration law while 32% disapproved.
The poll found even more support for individual provisions of the law.
