Brown wades deeper into Bell scandal

Atty. Gen. Jerry Brown will tread deeper into the scandal swarming over high salaries in the city of Bell.

Brown will be in Bell this morning to announce that his office is expanding its investigation of the city’s finances and potential voter fraud in city elections.
