Watch out, America. More bosses will be going undercover.

CBS has ordered a second season of its hit freshman reality show, ‘Undercover Boss.’ The series shows hot-shot executives spending time in the trenches, pretending to be low-level workers as they get to know their companies on a more intimate level.

Its renewal is no surprise. ‘Undercover Boss, ‘ which airs on Sunday nights, is the No. 1 new series of the TV season, averaging 18.74 million viewers.
