Outlaw: Jimmy Smits stars as a right-wing Supreme Court justice who steps down from the bench to right the wrongs of a corrupt legal profession in this new series (10 p.m. NBC).

Dark Blue: The team continues its infiltration of the drug-smuggling ring in the season finale (10 p.m. TNT).
