IT’S BACK TO SCHOOL
for Jimmy (Lucal Neff), who wants to keep up with his brilliant daughter (Baylie and Rylie Cruget) in a new episode of the comedy “Raising Hope” at 9:30 p.m. on Fox.

SERIES

Rock Stars: The crew and foreman Dennis Harriman battle freezing temperatures and the biggest rocks yet in their quest to make Niagara Falls State Park safe for the public in this new episode (8 p.m. National Geographic).

Remodeled: This new unscripted series features modeling industry veteran Paul Fisher, who’s on a crusade to build a network of small modeling agencies from around the country. In the premiere, he meets with Minneapolis agency owner Brita and chooses four models to audition for New York Fashion Week (9 p.m. KTLA).

Celebrity Wife Swap: City dweller Niecy Nash trades places with Tina Yothers in this new episode (9 p.m. ABC).

Parenthood:
Zeek (Craig T. Nelson) gets some unsettling news from his doctor in this new episode (10 p.m. NBC).

Frontline:
After an earthquake and tsunami crippled Japan’s Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power complex, Germany decided to quit using nuclear energy. This new episode explores whether the U.S. should consider doing the same thing (10 p.m. KOCE).

Ragin’ Cajuns:
In the premiere of this new series, shrimpers from the town of Venice, La., struggle to preserve their way of life in the wake of the 2010 oil spill (10 p.m. Discovery).

Justified:
A dangerous new player in Lexington puts Raylan (Timothy Olyphant) on a collision course with a Dixie Mafia hit man in the season premiere (10 p.m. FX).

Southland:
