Raising Hope: Little Hope’s (Baylie/Rylie Cregut) bad behavior leads Virginia and Burt (Martha Plimpton, Garret Dillahunt) to suggest spanking in this new episode (8 p.m. Fox).

Cougar Town: Sarah Chalke guest stars as Bobby’s (Brian Van Holt) new love interest, but when he has trouble romancing her, Jules (Courteney Cox) and the gang spring to the rescue. Sam Lloyd, Ken Jenkins, Robert Clendenin and Robert Maschio also guest star (8:30 p.m. ABC).

Ringer: When she can’t reach Malcolm (Mike Colter), Bridget (Sarah Michelle Gellar) visits his hotel and discovers via security footage that Andrew (Ioan Gruffudd) was the last person to see him before he vanished in this new episode (9 p.m. KTLA).

Fashion Star: Supermodel Elle Macpherson hosts this competitive reality series in which 14 unknown designers will get a chance to launch their collections in three of America’s largest retailers: Macy’s, H&M and Saks Fifth Avenue. At the end of each episode, viewers will have the chance to immediately purchase the winning designs showcased that week. Jessica Simpson, Nicole Richie and designer John Varvatos serve as mentors (9:30 p.m. NBC).
