Rafael Furcal’s agent said that the Dodgers haven’t contacted him in the last week, the latest sign that that the free agent shortstop’s days in Los Angeles are over.

Furcal, who met with Oakland Athletics General Manager Billy Beane and Manager Bob Geren this week, intends to narrow his choices to two teams by Monday or Tuesday, according to his agent, Paul Kinzer.

The San Francisco Giants are among the “three or four” teams still courting Furcal, Kinzer said.

Of the Dodgers, Kinzer said, “We haven’t written them off, but ... I don’t know.”

Kinzer said Furcal was impressed by the Athletics during his visit to Oakland on Tuesday, which included tours of the stadium and nearby residential areas.

“He likes them,” Kinzer said of the Athletics, adding that Furcal played for Geren in the Dominican Republic.

Kinzer said Furcal, who wants a four-year deal, hasn’t received formal offers from the Athletics or Giants, but that he has exchanged contract figures with both clubs.
