Dodgers radio only for Charley Steiner

According to Tom Hoffarth of the Daily News, Charley Steiner will not appear on Dodgers telecasts next season.

Steiner will join Rick Monday in the radio booth full-time for KABC-AM (790), apparently leaving no role for Jerry Reuss.

The Dodgers, Hoffarth reports, are seeking a television play-by-play announcer to do the games that Vin Scully doesn’t.
