If the United States gets its wish, there will be a repeat of the Guerra Fria (Cold War) when it meets Mexico in World Cup qualifying on Feb. 11.

Although it wasn’t as cold, the result was the same -- a 2-0 victory over Mexico -- in 2005 qualifying in Columbus.
