WASHINGTON -- Wow, what an awesome trip this far. The city was all lit up and full of energy as I arrived in D.C. As the plane landed, people began to clap and the famous Jenifer Lewis (who I sat next to) began an Obama chant. I took pictures with fans and ran into a few celebrities (Judge Hatchett and Dikembe Mutombo).

Once we walked into our beautiful hotel, people were sitting in the lobby with an energy like never before. Well, I’m off to bed because I have to get my front-row seat ... OK, it’s the last row of seats but still I must be there by 8 a.m.
