Earlier this week, USC Coach Pete Carroll was identified as the highest-paid private university employee in the United States.

Carroll also added a new title this week: Grandfather.

USC tight ends coach Brennan Carroll and his wife Amber became parents on Monday when son Dillon Brennan Carroll was born.
