President Obama right about Washington

President Barack Obama may have overestimated the Atlantic Coast Conference in his NCAA bracket, but he got that Washington-Purdue pick right.

The Huskies got behind too far too early, and out they go, 76-74. At least Washington offered a little drama on a day that has, so far, been so missing excitement that it’s been worthy watching Steve Lavin chatter aimlessly about hair and clothes and stuff on ESPN News and watching the inevitable Rafael Nadal defeat of Andy Roddick at the BNP Paribas tennis tournament at Indian Wells.

Well, OK, Nadal hasn’t won yet, but he’s up a set and a break in the second set over on Fox Sports West. Wait, Roddick just got himself a break point. And a break! So it’s 5-5 in the second set. If you’re tired of dramaless basketball, check out the tennis.
