Auto Club 500 in-race report: Jimmie Johnson leads after 50 laps

Jimmie Johnson leads after 50 laps of caution-free racing at the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Auto Club 500 in Fontana.

Johnson started seventh and came out of green-flag pit stops with his lead in tact.

Kevin Harvick is second, followed by Clint Bowyer, Juan Pablo Montoya and Mark Martin.

Pole sitter Jamie McMurray is in 17th.

Johnson has won four Cup races at Fontana.
