Oregon’s Tajuan Porter hit a three-point jumper with 54 seconds left to seal the Ducks’ 54-44 win over USC Thursday night at the Galen Center.

Oregon (13-14 overall, 5-10 in Pacific 10 Conference play) took the season series from USC in a game in which the Trojans launched a season-high 23 three-point attempts, making just five, and all those in the first half.

With the loss, USC (16-11, 8-7) now hopes to win its last three games, have California lose its last two and have Arizona State lose two of its last three.

If that were to happen, all three teams would finish with a league record of 11 wins and seven losses, meaning all would win a share of the league title.

Porter led Oregon with 16 points. Marcus Johnson led USC with 12 points.

USC shot 19 of 58 from the floor; Oregon shot 18 of 49.
