Have just realized that it was Benny Feilhaber who came into the game at the beginning of the second half, not Edson Buddle, who has now been sent on in place of Maurice Edu.

Bob Bradley seems to be willing to risk everything, and that’s what he should be doing. There are only 20 or so minutes left.

Both teams have just had a great scoring chance. The Algerian goalkeeper thwarted a header by the newly arrived Buddle. At the other end, Karim Ziani has fired a shot wide of the left post. Still 0-0 here and still 1-0 in favor of England against Slovenia in Port Elizabeth.

A dramatic ending could be in store.
