Hugo Fabian Arellano, a 33-year-old Latino, was stabbed to death in the 1400 block of East 1st Street in Santa Ana about 1:10 a.m. on Saturday, March 17, police said. The stabbing occured during an argument with 23-year-old Nadia Perez Juarez of Downey over a minor traffic accident. Juarez was arrested for the stabbing and was charged with murder. She was being held at Central Women’s Jail in Santa Ana.(--Garrett Therolf/LAT)
