Mary Castro, 29, a Latina woman, was shot in the head in the 1700 block of Figueroa Street in LAPD’s Harbor Division, and died at 3 p.m. Tuesday, May 1.

She had driven up from San Diego, and was killed in a possible robbery.

Update: LAPD Harbor Homicide Dets. Frank Weber and Mike Salvo have cleared this case. At least one latino suspect was arrested.
