The body of Rogelio Delgado, an 18-year-old Latino young man, was dumped at 4106 Homer St. in LAPD’s Hollenbeck Division on Thursday, June 7. He had been shot. A passerby just before 6 a.m. saw his body and thought he was drunk and sleeping. Patrol officers discovered he was dead. He was from the area, investigators said.
