Victor Cruz, a 22-year-old Latino man, was shot and killed in front of his home in the 45000 block of 185th Street East in Lake Los Angeles about 6:25 p.m. Monday, April 21. Authorities said Cruz was taken to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 8:57 p.m.
