Michelle Blum, 38, a white woman, was found dead in her home in the 500 block of West 3rd Street in San Dimas about 5 p.m. Sunday, July 20. Her death was officially declared a homicide on Wednesday, July 23, by the L.A. County Coroner’s office. That same day, Elijah Blue Baca, a 26-year-old Latino man, was arrested on suspicion of murder. Baca was a long time friend of Blum and occasionally lived at her house, authorities said.
