Industry: Unidentified man is found shot to death

An unidentified Latino man was found dead of a single gunshot wound to his chest in the 3200 block of Gilman Road about 9:20 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 28.

Sheriff’s deputies were patrolling a large concert at the Gilman Horse Ranch when they heard gunshots and began searching the area, said Deputy Byron Ward of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department. They found the man, who was taken to a hospital and pronounced dead.

No further details were available, and anyone with information is asked to call sheriff’s homicide detectives at (323) 890-5500.
