Willowbrook: Man, 20, shot in the head

Christian Aquino Vargas, a 20-year-old Latino, died of two gunshot wounds to the head on Wednesday, March 25, 2009, according to the Los Angeles County coroner’s office. The shooting took place in the 2100 block of East 118th Street in unincorporated Willowbrook.
